December Review and a Look Ahead to 2014

One more day and 2013 is history!

I don’t know about you, but the time sure flew by fast for me. We at Magical Mouse Schoolhouse hope you’ve had a magical year and a fabulous holiday season and that your new year will be the best one ever!

Here’s a peek back at this month, in case you missed anything, and a quick look ahead to see what’s in store:

• We checked out all the holiday events and decor at Disney Parks in the U.S.A. and abroad, starting with Walt Disney World’s Disney’s Hollywood Studios: Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights.
• then over to Magic Kingdom Park: Deck the Halls,
• stopped by An Animal Kingdom Holiday,
• celebrated Epcot: Holidays Around the World,
• went West because ‘Tis the Season to Celebrate at Disneyland Park,
• had a Disneyland Resort: A California Adventure-some Christmas,
• checked out Christmas at Disneyland Paris Resort,
• and spent Christmas Aboard Disney Cruise Line.

We, of course, ran our regular features too, like

• Tiggerific Tuesday #DisneyTrivia blog hop,
• Wordless Wednesday,
• and Magical Blogorail Yellow: A Disney Christmas at Home.

And we ran a couple giveaways, and the XBox One Day One Edition contest is still open!

So what’s to come in 2014?

For starters, Earn Your E.A.R.S. resumes with an all new unit study. If you haven’t register yet, you can do so January 1-5, 2014.

Also, big changes are coming to the Magical Blogorail! You may have noticed the “Senior Pilot” badge on the sidebar. We’re moving over to the Red line, and our first loop will be January 9, when we show you our #DisneySide. Hope you’ll ride along!

We are also expanding our topics to include Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida, beginning later in January with a big Harry Potter announcement. Stay tuned!

And, of course, we’re starting a new month, so that means a new Disney Park. Let’s head to Disneyland Resort Paris!
